Who has the prettiest dress?

I'm watching some independence program, it's just so booring cause nothing happens. Just some "importante" people who handshakes the president. But the reason why I'm watching a part of it is because I love looking at the pretty dresses and compareing wich one's the best. :D My favourite so far is the last one or the first one (:
